On the way from Vilnius to Prague. Taking a break after several kilometers of narrow streets and steep mountains. Curious villagers were waving to us because they probably have never seen an 18 meter bus going through their town!

On the way to museum. 130km left to Prague. Because of the vehicle's top speed 60 km/h, we were not allowed to drive on highway.

Płaczkowo

The second day of Karosa road-trip seemed to be another huge success: 800 kilometers done with this old vehicle without any failures! I remember jokingly asking one of the drivers 'How the heck we are still on the road?' An hour later, the bus broke down.. Serious compressor failure, as it turned out. We were stuck in the middle of nowhere, and had to wait for a full day for the new equipment to be sent to us.
