Any info on how this works? Is VikiBus independent operator, some kind of subsidary of Polski bus, or it is just Souter holding's plan to get all routes, using different names?

It is leasing. This bus firstly was used by Polskibus, nowadays - Vikibus.
Vikibus is independent operator but polskibus.com was selling tickets for the route other companies like Vikibus ect.
