Yes, and it turns out that ES means Spain.

All MAN buses ordered from Estonia have also ES marking.

So, in Estonia there are over 100 EL293 in Tallinn and 7 in Vijvandi, but these are urban versions, not suburban ones like the one in the picture.

I can't confirm the operator who ordered that particular bus, but SEBE had received 10 same spec (but painted in white) buses earlier this year.

We may know which city in Estonia uses the same colors as this MAN has?

Updated the vehicle information. There is one more MAN with number plate 526CCG. They were ordered as some of the routes operated by ATKO are about to be taken over by SEBE.
