A very strange sign. Two fingers usually means "victory"

Yes, the same here in England but the hand is held the other way around, the way the hand is in the photo means some thing very different, politely it means "go away".

Это означает vagina, то есть по-русски "иди в ...". И только Черчилль умудрился придать этому жесту смысл "victory", но ладонь при этом развёрнута по-другому.
