Это Mellor на шасси Iveco-Ford.
Их выпускали в городе Langley до середины двухтысячных
Видно что переставлен руль, но бывшая водительская дверь видна, как тут https://farm8.static.flickr.com/7242/726...bdbc_b.jpg
Ну а зеркала любые моогли ставиться.
