I found some info over internet, that says:

Are these just different depots at the same city, or are these different locations?

Different locations.

ČSAD Vsetín provides transport in Vsetín and in some small towns. So I think the bus was just moved to provide transport in other town or bus is parked in other town during night.

In bigger cities like Ostrava there are more depots (Poruba and Hranečník for DPO and Arriva has its own depot too).
