I will answer. In Greenland there are no roads between settlements, there are short roads only in the vicinity of settlements. All settlements are located on the coast, the entire central part of the island is a huge glacier. Communication between settlements is carried out only by air or by sea.
Nuuk bus service works in the city, and also communicates with the airport and the surrounding suburbs. At the disposal of the company Nuuk Bussii there are 16 buses that operate on 6 routes.

There is also a bus service in Sisimiut. The same situation with transport communication is observed in most regions of Russia located north of the Arctic Circle.

The current fleet of Nuup Bussi, which operates the urban transport in Nuuk, can be found here: http://bus.gl/da/om-nuup-bussii/vognparksdetaljer/. I have no knowledge of articulated buses in Greenland ever.
