Apparently an O305G without its trailer, converted into a service vehicle.

Given that this was built in 1977 by Vetter (not yet by MB themselves, who introduced their first own O305G prototype in 1977), it was most likely still mid-engined with power going to the 2nd axle, otherwise such a conversion would have been extremely complicated...
