Как это фото только получило первое место? Здесь же ничего конкурского, а уж тем более на 1 место ничего нету, в отличие от автора, который получил второе место!

The historical background of the picture, is that the bus is passing the fromer border between West- and East-Germany.

While historic background is indeed interesting and picture itself is nice, there's nothing creative and beautiful about that, just regular good photo.
