Because he has red numbers on it and in Germany red numbers are transfer indicators, I think that's why he censored them, although I don't know if it would be necessary but good. Maybe he just wants to hide which city this red license plate belongs to.

Then why would you upload the photo to the site? You need to put license plate in the bus profile.

Because it's not the license plate from the bus. It's juct a license plate which you need to transer vehicles in Germany

Eigentlich ist das nur ein 12, der Bus besitzt kein Hybridmodul.

Was that license plate assigned to the bus specifically during the time of transfer, or it can switch between vehicles of the owner? If it can switch, then i agree, there's no reason to put it in profile, and/or demand to un-blur it
