Вариант 2 - он так и стоял на СВАРЗе после Экспосититранса, а теперь уезжает на завод.
А если испытания, то ему ИМХО скорее в троллейбусном парке (любом кроме 8ТП) самое место - по начинке он от Мегаполиса кроме батарей отличается несильно.
