The bus is currently replacing the trams on lines 11 and S18. Due to insufficient capacity in the buses, traffic congestion on the roads and delays therefore, this is somewhat chaotic by Zurich standards. The Neoplan had an error message for a gearbox fault and had to return to the depot.
