I thought this bus was one of just 17 produced Ikarus EAG E99s at first — as it turns out, this is maybe less rare, but far more exotic.
It's a somewhat related Turkish-built Bayal-Scania, a model that was also briefly sold in the Balkans under the Tezeller brand!
