There is only a very small market for second-hand CNG buses, meaning they can usually be purchased for very little money, especially when they come from large fleets.
GIPS Tuzla almost exclusively operate these types of buses, and they often buy them in bulk — these five 15m MANs were never even registered, but designated as parts donors from the start.
