It has a multiplicity sticker which means it came from Luxembourg, there is a picture on Google of a multiplicity citelis on line 2, could be one of these but I'm not sure

Line 2 doesn't have Citelis it has Citaro Facelift.Line 10C is the only which has 10 Citelis from AVL (multiplicity)

Line 10A was also served by some of the Citelis when we visited, or at least they had "Qender — Materniteti i Ri" on the display. But yes, the Multiplicity Citelis are only on line 10. We tried our best to categorize it in the city view of Tirana, sorted by the companies and line colours :)

The line 10C displays this:Ish Fusha e Aviacionit-Qender-Materniteti i Ri-Ura e Shkozes that's why You get confused with Line 10A.But all 10 Citelis are in 10C.
10A uses only one Chang'An SC6753.The Route that 10C does goes into Materniteti i Ri and Qender that's why it says it on display.

Also i've found the corresponding numbers of AVL for each bus except 2 of them which I havent seen it yet and 2 of which I'm not sure:

1.AB-082IP-229
2.AB-697IP-230
3.AB-083IP-231
4.AB-157IK-232
5.AB-937IH-234
6.AB-152IK-235
7.AB-927IH-239(not sure for this one)
8.AB-941IH-242(also not sure for this)
9.AB-135IK-?
10.AB-797JF-?

There seems to be a bit of confusion, a lot of the pairings you mentioned are listed differently in the fleet list here. Please double check and try to get an exact VIN / number for all buses

Trust me the first 6 ones are correct because near the drivers seat AVL buses have their number and as these buses operate in the line I use I've seen the numbers in its interior. Here they are wrong as AB-083IP here is listed as ex.238 but he is 231 (why;because if you see the photo of him that you took we can see that under the green wrap is the old AVL color and not Multiplicity design as up to 231 buses were not recolored but 238 in its photos is with Multiplicity design)That means that the match is wrong. Also i've used AB-083IP and inside it has the number 231.Also 235 is not AB-135IK bus AB-152IK.And one fact AB-083IP had an accident and they changed its front light (doors side) with the AB-797JF front light.

Also a fun fact about this one AB-941IH.If you take a look at its design you will catch a diference between all others Citelis 12 from Multiplicity as this one in its front has a different design like:
1.In the drivers side the line color in orange not blue as all others Citelis (it has the design of Citelis 18 from Multiplicity)
2.In the Irisbus logo the color behind is orange and not pink as all others.
3.In its interior it has a sticker which says the specifications of seats and this one has an Citelis 18m seating type in the sticker.Which let us in the conclusion that the bus may had a crash and they replaced the face of the bus with a Citelis 18 face. But I'm pretty sure that he is 242 because the muliplicity logo place is the same as 242 and the 242 was the only one which had the logo in the same spot as this.

Thanks you! I have fixed the mess that was on here, all buses are now listed correctly. I also found a fleet list on phototrans that matched your observations. The only bus that's still missing its history now is AB-797JF, let me know when you catch it!

And yes, the story about 242 / AB-941IH being repaired with the front of a Citelis 18 does sound plausible, I've seen that done before :)

The AB-797JF bus has not been seen in operation. Does this bus exist or has it been scrapped?

Now i have seen a satelite photo of all these 10 irisbuses and AB-797JF diferently from others have some very little orange spining think in his celiling. This lets us in the conclusion that he might be 248-252 as those had that and a kind of different interior black+blue unlike others which had white+milk kind of color. But Gerard-A register AB-797JF as the last one in April 2023 which means that he is mostly 252 as from 248-251 except 250 were sold or took off service in December 2023.Also 250 is took of service July 2024.But 252 is took of same month as 229,230,231 (July 2021)which also are here in Tirana. My conclusion 252.

They use it for Spare Parts I'm pretty sure he may have a problem with its engine and they decided to use it for parts for other Citelis they own.Momentally he is in companys park in "Sauk i Vjeter" if you go there you can see it from outside the parks wall.

You should try to go there and get the number / VIN from inside the bus then... Better than guessing :)

The irisbus bus crealis which was later modified for citelis, is it in use or is this for spare parts?

It still has the TR-7209R license plate. You may not have seen it as it operates in the industrial part of the city not in the city center.
